360 Life Experience
360 Life is a nonprofit initiative from Winterthur that aims to provide young people in difficult life situations, such as drug addiction, trauma, mental health issues, and social isolation, with a fresh start through food and mentoring. Our program offers structured training in a real restaurant environment, aimed at building self-confidence, emotional strength, and continuous skills.
The training takes place at Trattoria Twin Oaks in Sennhof Winterthur, with seating for 40 to 50 people. Participants work individually or in pairs during regular shifts. They have the opportunity to gain insight into every area of the business.
